We publish poetry and prose of 100 words or fewer. Pieces of exactly 100 words (drabbles) are encouraged. Submissions may take the form of a single paragraph, sentence, fragment, or word. All will be considered.
Submissions exceeding 100 words will be rejected.
Submissions should be sent to occissident@gmail.com as DOCX files. Manuscripts should use 1.15 line spacing, 18 pt EB Garamond, and be titled ‘Piece Title, Author Name, Genre, Word Count’.
Edits may be suggested prior to acceptance. Rights remain with the writer. Work may be reprinted in future anthologies.
